| Ayrshire Arts Network
A major feature of the Network's activity has been the provision of training and networking opportunities for members.
Initially, workshop activities are intended to support the professional development of our members, to provide opportunities to meet established workers in their individual fields and to share information. Most workshops have included contributions from representatives of advisory bodies covering various aspects of the arts.
Creative Spaces offered a different approach to networking with small events at the Su Casa Cafe, where there were group performances or seminars. However, the main Creative Spaces event was the event in Ayr Town Hall where we were able to offer workshop in poetry and the visual arts alongside an Opera Masterclass

Professional Development
The management committee are consulting with the membership and a variety of professional bodies to determine the needs of our members and to develop a programme for 2011.
We shall be collaborating with Voluntary Arts Scotland and Ayr Arts Guild for a 'Make a Splash Workshop' in March 2011.
