Culture Counts

Culture Counts is an advocacy campaign designed to inform prospective parliamentary candidates of the importance of culture the arts and creative industries – and of their inter-relatedness.

The campaign itself is not meant to be a public campaign but toolkits have been designed for creative professionals to lobby electoral candidates.

The Advocacy Document, Factsheet and Web site are also designed as an information resource for those with interest and influence in the cultural arena; for example chairs, board or staff.

On the site you will find information of what the Culture Counts campaign is doing, resources for you to run your own campaign for the 2011 Scottish Elections and information you might find useful to inform your actions.
