Exhibition Conditions

Dimensions quoted will be minimum dimensions and may be adjusted to suit the general layout and demand for space.

The exhibitor will provide a suitable connection to the power supply, as required, and will be responsible for the safe installation of their equipment.

Exhibitors will provide their own display stands, material and floor covering (if required).

Manned Information Stand

Suitable for individual maker, artist, institution or supplier providing information on their activities.

Opportunity to provide information on courses, workshops or academic activities. Suitable for individual worker, group or Institution wishing to make contact with other workers or the general public..

Dimensions: 2m depth by 2m width.

Facilities: 1 table, 2 chairs. Power supply may be available.

Facilities: 13 amp power supply may be available. (Exhibitor will supply their own display stand and information dispenser.

General Conditions

The event is supported by Awards for All Funding. There will be no charge for exhibition spaces.

Space will be allocated after consideration by representatives of the organising committee. If demand for demonstration spaces exceeds the available supply, priority may be given to Network members.

Exhibitors will be provided with information on the use of facilities within the town hall. These rules are based on a publication by South Ayrshire Council. This may be provided in electronic format.

All exhibitors will satisfy the Network Organisors that they have appropriate public liability insurance and that they are fully aware of the health and safety rules applying to Ayr Town Hall and rules specific to their activity.

Each exhibitor will be responsible for the installation of their exhibit prior to doors opening at 10.30am.. They will be responsible for the timeous removal of all their material between 5.30 and 6pm.

Exhibition spaces will be available from 9.15am on Saturday 5th June. The Town Hall will close at 6pm.

Please note that there are no car parking facilities at Ayr Town Hall. A map will be available showing various parking sites close to the venue. Please be advised that a parking voucher system is operation in the Sandgate and other streets adjacent to the Town Hall.
